(2) American Acoustic 5.5" midbass drivers. paper cones. Part # D2550. 6.5" overall. Excellent condition. $15 for pair (2) Sony tweeters. 3-3/8" overall diameter. Uses 2-1/8" cutouts. Sony model T-9651-004-1. 8 ohm. 50 watt max. Made in Japan. Sound great. $5 for pair (6) Peerless tweeters 2-1/8" square. Uses a minimum 1.8" cutout. Made in Denmark. 8 ohm. Sound great. Have very low hours on them. Were used for a few hours on a test project. $15 per pair (1) Hammond tube transformer high voltage transformer for tube audio amplifier. Part # AO-26334-1. Has (2) switch terminals, B-, B+, (2) 6.3 volt and (1) gnd terminal. Was pulled from a nice old Hammond organ which worked great. Power lead was frayed and has been cut off so it will need to be replaced as well as the standard 8 pin control tube relay - socket is good. $50 (2) Klipsch THX tweeters. 1 very nice pair of Klipsch tweeters. 1-7/8" overall diameter. Pulled from a nice pair of Klipsch THX certified speakers that had busted woofers. Sound great. $20 for pair (2) Hammond tube audio transformers. 2 small transformers pulled from a nice tube amplifier. Part numbers AO-26361-0 and AO-26363-0. Both are approximately 3" long x 1.5" wide x 2" high. 2 input leads and 3 output leads on each. Leads have been cut but still have plenty to reconnect to (shortest lead is 1-1/2") $20 for pair Thanks for looking. How nice do the 5.5" speakers sound, could you post a pic? I'm just curious, the internet has no information on them whatsoever!
Either way, for that price, I'm probably interested

The have a nice vintage sound. Probably not a lot of info on them, I am not sure that they were around too long. They were really nice quality though. I bought the speakers for the cabinets which were very high quality built. I replaced the mids with Klipsch and the tweeters with Peerless for a more modern sound (but a bit harsher than the originals)and pretty happy with how they came out.
Still have them if interested. Sorry it took so long to respond, been busy at work. Brian |
