I have 500 pcs of 1N4148 signal diodes which are cut and bended.
The price is 0.005714 USD Data 100 mA, 75 V, fast and low leakage (= normal signal diode)

Diodes are cheap even new but I'll hate to throw it away. 20 SEK (3 USD) for 500 isn't much.
