WTB: Toshiba 2SK3497 + 2SJ618
Searching for 20 complementary pairs of Toshiba MOSFET's.
It would be greate if they were P-N matched and possibly the lowest hfe. |

From experience (batch of 150 each type) there is no P-N match for 2SK3497 / 2SJ618.
They differ by almost 0.5V at the same current (2.5A & 4A). Nor do they have the same transconductance. Patrick
