Up for sale is a Grace made transcription arm branded as a Calrad SV-16. Apparently, this particular model of tonearm is used by Mr. Okie Sugano-San of Koetsu.
For those that aren't familiar, this is essentially a Japanese clone of the Gray Research 108 tonearm.
If you are a fan of the Denon DL-103, this may be the ideal tonearm for that cart.
Oil-damped arm
My particular tonearm has some cosmetic issues (paint chipping) but is in excellent functional condition. It will come with a GE VR-II cart that will need a new stylus.
400.00 OBO shipped in the continental US. I'm open to offers, but this tonearm is very rare and provides a unique sound, specifically in the midrange, that few tonearms are capable of providing. For all you SET fans, it's a magic combination.
