34 8417 tubes for sale or trade

I have 34 8417 tubes which I was stocking up on when I had 4 Dynaco Mark VI amps. Sold the amps and now do not need the 8417's. My new amps use 10 el-34's and 8 6550's (different amps) each. Putting this out there in case someone needs the 8417's and wants to do a trade or cash deal. Most of the tubes are sylvania. I know I could throw them on ebay, but rather provide them here. I have a calibrated Mercury 2000 tube tester and confirmed that all the tubes are very good. Please PM me if interested

I got a few email and pm's about these tubes, so let me just answer the most common questions here.

I don't have a set price for them in mind. I paid about 50 per tube. All were sold to me as new. I tested a few and they test as new.

I am looking to do a bulk deal for el-34 tubes or 6550 tubes. I have 2 amps that use 10 el-34 tubes each, and another 3 maps that use 10 6550 each.

I would rather not get into the grading and sorting of pairs and quads and sell in small lots with pricing based on tube test results. Not looking to become a tube guru. Just want to replace my back up tubes with tubes that can be used in the amps I currently have.

This would be ideal for someone who sells tubes today and can just swap out my lot of tubes for tubes I can use, at an equal value basis.

Update. Got a few PM's about deals involving quads of various types of different tubes. My problem is that my amps take 10 el-34 each on two amps and 10 6550 each on 3 amps. The tubes have to be closely matched. I can set individual bias on them and can set the bias circut overall level. Unforunately the two settings can't work together to bring unmatched tubes to work together. They would have to be pretty close to start with.

So thats why I am looking for a bulk deal and can't use quads of different manufacturers and grading.
