Default FS : complete First Watt F5 clone kit

Hello,

Up for sale is a First Watt F5 clone kit. This kit includes all that is necessary to assemble the amp, but you will need to build the enclosure. Also included is a Bulgin vandal blue led switch, and a little circuit that allows the momentary switch to be operated as a on/off switch. all the boards are already stuffed except for Mofsets and thermistors, so only the wiring and case building is required. the heatsinks are 10.080 5.5" from HeatsinkUSA and are already drilled and tapped for pcb and mofsets. 2 holes to fix pcbs have broken taps in them but It will not be a problem. The mofsets are Fairchilds and where purchased with F5 kits sold at tech-diy. All the parts are new.

I bought 2 F5 kits at first, wanting to sell the second one as a completed amp. Unfortunately, I miss time to even complete my own system so this one needs to find a new home. Otherwise, it will stay in a box for undetermined time, and will be sold at higher price when completed... I didnt test the boards, except for the on/off switch (was curious to see if it would actually work (answer is yes)), but I'm confident that they will work nicely, as I always triple check every component before soldering. If you'd like to get high resolution pictures of pcbs to check for soldering quality or to verify the layout, do not hesitate to ask.

The F5 boards are CViller V2.0, and the PSU and on/off switch ones where etched by me. I can provide layout and schematic of my diy boards for reference. That being said, I will not provide excessive support to the buyer and he will agree to discharge me of any responsability if anyting doesnt work as expected. I am not a jerk trying to sell a messed up project, I only dont want a buyer who accidentaly short circuit a board telling this is my fault.

Here is the list of what is included with links for parts reference and datasheets :

I am asking a firm 325$ for the whole package, wich is less than the original price of all parts put together. Add the fact that you wont pay taxes, nor multiple shipping charge to source the kit from various stores, and you got a very good deal here. Did I mentionned that all the boards are already stuffed? Did I mentionned that the heatsinks are already drilled/tapped? I would like to sell this as a whole kit and I will not sell parts separately.

I can ship worldwide with Canada Post, with a trackable service. I did not weight the package yet but be advised that heatsinks and the transformer are on the heavy side.

I will use paypal only unless you know an other secure payment method. I never sold anything on this forum but I have a perfect ebay score and I will provide my personnal infos to the buyer.

Please contact me via PM and I will do my best to answer quickly.

Thanks !
