Hitachi TO3 Mosfets from 80's 2SK133 2SJ48

Cleaning out my storage and found these.

Never used Genuine Hitachi Mosfets. I remember that these were meant to be the tweeter channel via a CLASS A Mosfet. Oh well.

4 - 2SK133
4 -2SJ48

Well I never got around to it and I am sure these will be good for someone more into building than I am these days.

Any ideas what these are worth? I need some change to build a headphone amp. I might even consider a trade.

Check on ebay. My Hafler P230 uses 3-2SK133 and 3-2SJ48. Good backups for the DH models.

I would like to buy these if you like to sell them as I have one amplifier mono-block who use exactly those transistors and I really need them.
