Hi, I have a pair of the original dome mids. They are in excellent condition.
I have the tweeters as well but I think one of them is damaged. The other is working fine except the foam around the flange of the tweeter has perished. If you are interested you can PM me. I'm not sure what they are worth so you might have to make a suggestion. I have the crossovers as well if required. regards Richard Last edited by pop4richard; 24th August 2011 at 09:40 PM. PM sent, they look like tonegen later 90s service replacement models, are they marked at all? Could you put a multimeter across them?
I'm not too faffed about getting original original ones, just something that fits, matches the crossover ok and isn't a flipping cone that'll flap around in response to the woofer. Last edited by SatinMill; 24th August 2011 at 10:05 PM. |

Here are a couple of photos of the back of the AR-3a domes. Do they look like originals to you?

Not originals, but close enough for my liking, as I said, 90s service parts.
Assuming both measure 3.something ohms I'm more than willing to purchase them. |
