I have a used pair (with short leads, used in an mp3 player), and I'm quite sure I have an unused pair somewhere. My room's a real mess, but I'll see if I can find them. Are you serious about the price? I think they were 2,50 at Partsconnexion when I bought them. They can't possibly be worth that kind of money to anyone. Selling them at that price would make me feel like a robber. I'd be thankful if someone could chime in and tell me what a reasonable price is.

I can't understand why you want them in a DAC. There must be room for polypropylene caps. I think (if it's not just imagination) that they have a warm and grainy sound compared to film caps. Maybe this is what you want.

Sorry I read DAC, now I see it's DAP. This is what I used them for, in an iRiver IHP-120. That makes perfect sense.

Alex, I saw that another member, Kuka, sold them for 12 each. I think that's a more reasonable price for the "unused" (actually used once for comparing them to others as input caps) or 8 each for the used (several hundred hours on them and short pins). I want to save one pair if I want to go back to integrated caps. Now I use polypropylene caps "outside". Pictures to come later.

Kuka sold them for 12 euro each, and that's what I want as well, the "unused" ones.

This is what I use instead of the Black Gates, polypropylene on the cord and the caps inside the player are shorted.
