In the UK we have RS components who dont have a minimum order value and also do free p+p.

Do you get free p&p at RS ?? They always charge me shipping but don't have a minimum order value like you say

Farnell on the other hand have a minimum order of £20 before VAT but the shipping is free.

I ask because there was a time, maybe two yrs ago, when Farnell had no min order and no shipping, it was brilliant. RS has always charged me shipping though.
