I bought these in 2003 and never ended up using them. They're from Digikey and were bought not long after Toshiba stopped making them, so I'm pretty sure they genuine. 5 are still sealed in their original package, the other three had their package cut to inspect and photograph.
As a bonus, I'll toss in 4 pairs of the same transistors that were pulled from an ESX Q120.2 who's power supply was destroyed. The leads are obviously cut and I make no guarantees on them, but they all test good (550mV) with a DMM. Again, pure bonus if you want them, I don't guarantee they work. :P $40 shipped to Canada/US, $45 shipped international. |
