Default Seas 27tbfc/g H1212 with 8in horns attached.

Pair of 27tbfc/g tweeters with hot glued 8in waveguides.
I think I have previously coated domes from inside.
$50 for a pair, plus shipping USPS. PayPal preferable.

What was the effect of adding the waveguides?

effect is as usual, 1-2khz boost. allows low crossover point.
Horn must be installed on a baffle, if used as it is there will be strong ripples in FR.
If desired, horns can be removed with a glue gun.

If you did coat them, do you recall a change in the sound?

no, in my experience, coating metal drivers does nothing that is audible, it only changes t/s parameters a tiny bit.
