I'd be curious what you are building with them. I built the Proac clones a few years back, then modified them and still use them.

I'm thinking along the lines of the ATC SCM25A Pro, using the scan-speaks sealed coupled with ATC domes (which i had already) and the vifa tweeters ATC use (which i also had hanging around).
Having said that, i don't rate those tweeters much but they are a usefully small design. I really want to use a couple of ribbons, Aurum cantus G2, but will have to compromise there to keep the overall speaker small enough. Scan-speak also do some nice "small faceplate" designs i will look into. |
