My apologies for my not being prepared before and for everyone's patience . so here's the deal :

Sets of 4 jfets . they are matched n-n and p-p . you pick a pair of 2sj74's and a pair of 2sk170's for $8 usd . $10 if you only want one set .
shipping is $3 in the US $5 elsewhere .

just pick the ones you want and change the cell color of each to one particular of your choice by clicking on it then clicking on the little rubics cube icon and picking a color . this will let others know those are taken .

then pm me with the color and idss numbers you chose .

hi Ed , in order to purchase these fets i had to buy 200 of each and that is how i'm selling them . the price schedule seems pretty clear to me . you get 2-2sj74's and 2-2sk170's for $8 usd the 2sj74's aren't available separately

Just marked the pairs with very dark pink. These will be:

74/74 75/75 76/76 77/77 of 2SK170BL

and

13/13 13/13 30/30 31/31 of 2SJ74BL

So two sets as per your discribtion. Please advice on total to pay.
