CDE 10u/100V PP catalog: http://www.cde.com/catalogs/935.pdf -- they'll cost about $13.50 each from Mouser.

Kemet makes a 47u/520V PP, but it's not in stock anywhere. Their p/n is R71VI3470AA20K

Solen makes big polypropylene capacitors that are affordable.

partsconnexion have axon's for very good prices (and Nelson likes them! ) AXON True Cap Metallized Polypropylene Capacitors They don't stock 10uF but 11uF would probably suffice? at $2.88 each even with shipping they should work out a bargain...

They also have mundorf MKP 400V but they aint cheap... $30.85 each!!

You might also consider ASC motor run caps for the 47uf, there are several sources of 50uf caps that will easily handle your voltage (most are rated for AC so the DC rating would be appx x1.4 the AC rating) and prices as low as $8-9 per cap at some of the more common places out there.
