IRFP244 For Sale
Here I've got 26 x IRFP244s GENUINE FOR SALE.
I am building an Aleph 4 and needed to match sextets. In order to accomplish this I needed large quantities of the devices. I have got the remainder that match quite nicely into pairs or triplets but not sextets. The matching data can be supplied to help you match pairs or triplets. I managed to match the ones that I needed to within 1% of each other so the supplied data is GOOD. All the MOS-FETs that I finally used tested good at Ids=1A . Whole lot = £50.00 GBP.
