I'm looking for two 2SJ170BL matched pairs to be used on a DCB1 buffer.

Can anyone quote them for me?

Hi,

are you talking about 2SK170?. These are used in DCB1.

Ed sells sets of relays, matched LEDs and matched 2SK170s for the DCB1. He started with relays only, but later extended his offers.

Omron G6H-2 12VDC relays

Sorry, my mistake. It's 2SK170 alright.

There's also the LSK170, made by Linear Systems, though I don't know if it's better or worst than the original or if you can get them in matched pairs too. Does anyone know if you can?
