Default FS: XMOS USB interface/dac

XMOS XS1-L1 USB HS Audio 2.0 Development Kit - $100 and I'll pay shipping in the USA.

This unit does up to 24/192 and there's drivers and software available for download. Pretty easy to get I2S out of it. Nice little full functioning dac, for more details:
