Thumbs up FS 2SJ74BL & 2SK170BL

I have a limited supply of the Toshiba jfets.

They have been graded by Idss and matched to better than 0.5%, most a lot better.

They are paired to like pieces, if you need complimentary sets I can do so until I run out of good matches, and you can specify your Idss.

The j74s run from high 7s to low 11s.-- $5.00 pair

The k170s run from low 9s to low 11s.-- $3.00 pair

USA packing and postage --$2.00

Overseas is around $5.00 or less

Paypal is fine

Email me at wfuss@tampabay.rr.com or PM me

Best regards, Bill

30 hours of measuring, sorting and packaging 400 jfets makes yourself wonder if you're not crazy.

I'm now completely out of the 2SJ74s.
I still have around 50 pairs of 2SK170s for $3 a pair.
Woody should have his ready to go in a while, drop him a line.

To all who have bought, they will all be in the mail today, and I'm making a contribution to the forum, so you have all contributed a little.

Best regards, Bill
