ATC Discrete Power Amp and Active Filter boards for sale.

2 x 3 channel discrete power boards with PSU. Class A/B biased class A with individual limiters.

2 x 3 channel active filter boards with phase compensation and gain per channel.

I have for sale a very rare pair of active amp pack boards- these are the used in the discrete versions of their active speakers. SCM70 and Aniversary SCM50 to 150ASL's. These actual boards came out of a pair of SCM150ASL's and have their drive levels set for 150's but can easily be adjuested for use in other models or even with different speakers.

The power boards have 3 completely seperate amplifier channels, with on pcb power supplies, each channel has an adjustable limiter and pots for bias, symmetry and dc offset. The channels are identical, in the ATC application different supply voltages for mid and hf provide the availbale power difference. These could be used with one common supply transformer to all 3 channels, giving 200watts @ 8 ohm per channel if suitable heat sinked. They are biased into class A and run quite warm. The rectifiers are designed for centre tapped supplies. if used with ATC speakers or a similar application i would reccomend using the dedicated multi tapped transformers which are £158 + VAT each

The active crossover board is a 3 way with 12db/octave slopes and phase compensation for bass and mid. X over points are 380hz and 3.8khz. Each output has gain pot and phase adjust pot. The filter board needs its own A/C supply of 15-0-15.

One of the power boards has had a repair to one of the channels. The damage was to the PSU section only and has had all components replaced. All new diodes and caps and damaged track repaired. The amps have been tested and used extensively and sound fantastic. They are approx 6-7 years old and working perfectly. They should go one for ever as its all good solid engineering.

The power boards have through pcb mounting holes to clamp the fet's to a heat sink with M3 cap screws.

Can mount them to a chassis and demo for the buyer. Have all original setup proceedure info as well. Selling as i have 2 more pairs of ATC amp packs and cant keep them all...

Price £475
