I picked these up labeled NOS. They look like they may have been installed in chassis and uninstalled, or maybe the marks are just from storage. The terminals didn't look as if they had been connected to anything. I've only played with them as speaker high pass filters, so they haven't even seen real voltage. They are big: 8" long by 2.75" or so diameter. They beg to be in your tube amp power supply. I've got 4. $5 each, $9 for two, $16 for 'em all.
