For Sale: 160GB Elan VIADJ Music Server.
There are a number of these Exact Units under Different Names, such as the Integra (Onkyo) NAS2.3, and Xantech XMusic Server. This is a Functional and Clean Elan VIADJ 160GB Music Server. These were very expensive units (selling for well over $2000), and there are still a few selling on ebay for quite a bit of $$. The 160GB Hard Drive has been cleared of all music and has a few CD ripped onto it for testing purposes. The Unit is currently configured to VGA out, and Ethernet to connect to my Home Network via a Router (192.168.2.156) and connects to Internet DataBase Server for all CD Info and Album Art. Included are three Windows based programs to connect a computer to the server to copy over existing music via Ethernet (Phone Modem remains untested, as I never used it). The Digital inputs can be used to directly record a Digital Output Source (CD, DVD Player). Video connections are SVIDEO, Composite, and VGA. Remote is included (Stop, Play, Forward Back, Up Down, Pause,), but some functions of the remote (i.e. Volume button) are meant to be used with the matching Elan equipment, and is not functional with the VIADJ Server. All user controls are accessible from front panel. Unit can either play a CD, or rip to HD at 20X speed. I beleive a second larger hard drive can be added to the unit for additional storage space... Consider a good trade for the unit. Asking $275 Plus shipping?
