Default Selling specialty electronic equipment

Hello. I am new to the forum and not extremely learned in the realm of audio equipment, but am trying to assist my mother in selling high end electronics of her late husband's. Most of them are vintage, specialty items. He was meticulous in his care of them and was the only owner. So I thought I would post what we have for sale here, should any of you be interested in buying. Or, if you have any suggestions on other ways I might go about this (or value discrepancies), they would be very appreciated!

McIntosh MC 275 stereo power amplifier, Gordon J Gow Commemorative Edition, with extra set of vacuum tubes. Original shipping boxes. $3200

Sony High Density Linear A/D Converter, model SBM-1 (super bit mapping) $550

2 Dahlquist floor speakers, model DQ10 $750

Marantz Stereophonic Tuner, model 2110 $250
Marantz Power Amplifiers, Esotec series, model MA5 $1200

Good Luck on your sale.

You should probably indicate where the items are located and if you are willing to ship or is it a local pick up. Shipping has become problematic and expensive in the last couple of years.

You will certainly be asked to provide pictures and give an indication of whether the equipment is working or not. Beware that folks get very particular about scratches and nicks etc. The pictures help with that.

You might find some interested folks here, but this is a forum dedicated to building your own equipment. Maybe you already have, but I strongly recommend you list on Audiogon. It costs a bit, you can also check values on their "blue book".

My jaw hit the floor.

I want it all but have no way to pay you! (unless you take first-borns... )

Best of luck with the sale and sorry to hear the sad news. Why not enjoy all that gear, yourself?

AudiogoN high-end Audio for sale, high end HiFi classifieds, audiophile auctions, audio forums is the perfect place to advertise this level of gear. Be sure your thoroughly review their rating system too, Adiogon's rating scales are very particular.
