WTB: Broken vintage potted transformer / choke
I am looking for a blown/non-working/ internally damaged potted vintage transformer so I can recycle the potting can. The potting enclosure I'm looking for was common on various old amplifiers especially Eico and Heathkit. It is a flanged enclosure about 5 inches tall with mounting hole centers at 2.5" and 4.75".
The common Eico HF-20 22 35 output transformer used this enclosure size along with the Heathkit W-5m power trans and others like the Collins ham gear. See the picture, the big black one is what I am looking for. Send me a PM if you have something like this taking up space on your shelf. Thanks for looking.
