The 2 Specos output transformers have the following:
4 or 8 Ohm Secondary Impedance 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25 and 0.62 Wattage Taps Color Coded Leads The 2 chokes each have four solder points, not really sure where to find the specs for them though. I will take $35 for the set of these, didn't realize the Specos were only worth about $12 a pop from Allied.

Looks like 10 watt max:
Speco 10 Watt, 70 Volt Line Transformer Speco's 70 volt 10 watt line transformer has wattage taps. It has 10, 5, 2.5, 1.25, and 0.625 watt taps. The chokes are actually made by Bottlehead. I noticed they actually have 5 solder points each and are called the Bottlehead PC-1 (30H 35mADC), series wired, coil 1 goes from tap 1 to 4, coil two goes from 5 to 8.
