Hello,
I bought three Aussieamp NX150 nodules some time back. I am interested in building the amp now and am in need of some quality PSU PCBs to finish the project. If anyone has something that would work well for this I would be very interested. I am going to build 2 mono blocks to start so will need two power supplies. The link to the details on the amp is here: NX150 High End Amplifier Module Thanks for the help. Jeff BTW I will have one of the NX150 modules up for sale...decided against the three channel amp idea....would make a great sub amp or etc.... Inquiries welcome |

I dot have the Antek toroids in front of me right now...I bought those too a while back. I think I went with the highest voltage rails allowable for the modules. I believe they will net me about 63v...I imagine I will need 80v caps.
I purchased some large can caps back then too for the project as I was planning to PTP wire a PSU together....I am not sure if I will be able to use them with these boards easily. If you have some good caps that will work for my voltages give me a quote for enough to populate the boards. I will definitely take the PSU boards though....probably some caps too..... |

Hi jef
Nx 150 works with transformer secondary 2x 40-0 or 40-ct-40 If you use 40v voltage so 63v capacitor is enough If you look for 80v michael percy sold it with nichicon kg or superthrough (gold feet) Michael Percy Audio Ordering Information If you use 40v/45v secondary you can choose with / out caps In here there's caps named Omat 10000uf 80v caps price is the Same @ us$ 4 each 1. Just psu For 2 psu will be us$ 100 plus shipping us$ 15 (250gr-499gr) Total us$ 115 2. Psu + caps For 2 psu : us$ 100 12 caps x us$ 4 : us$ 48 Shipping us$36 ( 1kg - 2kg) Total us$ 183 Aussie psu is more weight cause the bold copper They can fit 12 caps in there (Caps Weight 80 gr x 12 : 960 gr) I got elna for audio 10.000uf 63v @ us$4 so if you take 12 : us$ 48 If you interest you can paypal me I sent pm to you before Thank you, best regards |
