Default 6pcs. New Sprague Powerlytic 40V 72000uF Capacitors

I have six Sprague Powerlytic capacitors wanting to be used. They are new (purchased 2005) with terminal screws and washers still in the bags. The caps have a few minor scuffs on them from rubbing on each other in the box, nothing major. These were from Mouser and they apparently don't carry this value anymore. Closest one I could find there was 82000uF and those are $56 each (!)

Asking $30 plus shipping for the lot.

Labels read:

Sprague
Powerlytic (R)
36DY 95ºC
72000µF 40V
+Positive

how much with shipping to australia? if not outrageous i'll grab them, i'll just have to break them in a bit before using them considering how long they have been sitting around. i'm sure they'll be fine though

Our friends overseas have dibs for a day, then they're probably going to cowboy99

These will be pretty expensive to ship overseas. Like $170 UPS and $70 USPS to 4000 in brisbane. In the US, the shipping will be more like $16 or so. It seems crazy to me to pay multiple times a selling price, just for shipping!

i agree this is stupid, i thought it was possibility it would be really bad, but not this bad. someone local should get it to make a worthwhile saving. thanks for saving it for me to come back.

Speaking of local, cowboy99 is within a day or two's horse-ridin' distance! I'll have to try to get him out to my shop so I can hit him with the other cool toys we have available

Toys: you have no idea. These caps didn't make the cut for regular sales channels but I couldn't bear to see them scrapped. The mind boggles . . . sometimes I look through our store just to see what-all we have (not that I have spare money to buy any of it )

For the curious, to whet your appetite for next time you are up in our neck of the woods, here is a link to our eBay store.
