I'm moving to cascoded and balanced F5s and selling my "Standard" F5 system. All components are soldered except the Mosfets. To get an operating F5, add your chassis (and heat sinks), connect the Mosfets and you're listening.

Boards
The front ends are Idss matched Toshiba 2SK170BL and 2SJ74BL. All 3W resistors are Panasonics. All 0.25W resistors are Vishay RN60. R1 and R2 are 1W Vishay. ZTX450 and ZTX550 with 22K resistors are used for the current limiter circuit. PCB is professionally made 2oz copper traces on FR4. Boards include IRFP240 and 9240 Output Mosfets and 4.7K ohm EPCOS Thermistors - as seen in the F5 Product Manual.

Power Supply
Power Supply is an Antek 4218 Toroid with 2x18V output feeding two Vishay 800V 35A rectifiers. The capacitor bank is eight Panasonic 50V 18,000uF capacitors in a CRC filter arrangement as Mr. Pass outlined in his F5 manual (including inrush CL-60s). PCB is professionally made 2oz copper traces on FR4.

Included are:
Two F5 PCB boards
Antek 4218 Toroid with toroid mounting hardware
Power Supply PCB with eight 18,000uF Panasonic 50V Caps and NTC CL-60 inrush current limiter
WIMA 3300pF Cap

This system was never used on a regular basis, it was built, tested and put on a shelf. It's basically new.

$250 plus $15 shipping in the Continental United States

Pictures on request.
