Is that a "double-roll" surround? what is the voice coil size? and just out of curiosity, where in the heck did you get it?

Yes, it's a double roll surround. With the outer roll being thicker where the raised pattern is. I don't know the voice coil size. Looks like it should be roughly 2-2.5" in diameter. I got it from a man on this forum that lives one town over from me.

I sent it priority mail via USPS. You should have it in 2-3 days they said. I had to repackage it in a priority box because the box I had at the post office was an "expensive box," so I insured it for $100.
