FS (UK) : Tannoy 611 floorstanding speakers
These are great speakers. Great timing and coherence partly due to the dual concentric tweeter. There are two 8" woofers per speaker. They're in excellent condition and are rated at 91dB per watt.
Its taken a pair of Magneplanars to usurp them from my living room. I'll also consider a decent preamp - even diy. Sort of stuff I'm interested in are : Pass B1 buffer B4 Buffer Lightspeed LDR attenuator (or equivalent) 2-3 stereo channels would be good. Remote even better. I'm looking for £180. Postage at cost, I guess around £25 for mainland UK. They look like these:
