This is my frist project with curved front and sides. I used 4 pcs of 3/16 plywood, bent and glued. The top plate alone took about 20 hours make using just a drill and router. |

Now you guys have got me thinking of using this same "curved" look for the next amp.
I’m thinking of an aluminum top plate with Gloss black sides. To be honest, Of the 2 amps I have for sale, I'm not sure which one I like the looks the best. I guess the monoblocks are more of a classic look, and this amp is more of a modern "art-deco" look. |

2-1-2011 Update
Last night re-wired the input/driver (6J7G) as a CCS (6.2mA) loaded triode. At 20KhZ, the frequency response is now -.2dB (compaired to -2.9dB when wired as a pentode I can also say that One-Electron makes some very good sounding OPT's Also cut the price..... |
