I've bought 400 pcs(bulk, in 2 bags) of Toshiba J74GR Jfet. I only need 200 pcs for personal use. So another 200 pcs are for sale here.

I have tested and sorted about 80-90 pcs(from my personal portion) into ranges of Idss as shown in the attached photo.

The 200 pcs I have for sale are unselected, and unmatched. They are still in the original sealed plastic bag.

The price is US$1.75 each at minimum order of 10 pcs. Shipping is flat at $5 for registered airmail post. Payment is by Paypal only.
