Well I purchased the wrong freaking kit, the LV rather than the 24V that I needed for my headphone amp and being excited to get it, I assembled it immediately haha! So the completed board is for sale. Of course you need other items to complete it such as a 48V DC power supply, connectors and so forth but once finished it will make an outstanding line stage / super affordable tube setup! Yes this little guy can run off of a 48V wall wart! No crazy expensive power supplies needed or dangerous voltages to work with.
Check out details here.... All upgrades chosen, 1% 1/2w resistors, wima & nichicon caps / RTI coupling caps. Asking what I paid so you get free assembly ! Aikido LV Assembly work is perfect, solder work excellent if I may toot my own horn so all is total quality. Board is setup to run ECC99 tubes at 48V DC. The coupling caps are not soldered yet as I did not know how the unit would be mounted in the chassis. All other caps are bottom mounted so the tubes could be mounted up high. Will get to the pics, $85 shipped priority mail OBO, one outstanding deal for an outstanding little setup! ![]() Ceramic sockets can be left un-soldered or will solder before shipping at no additional cost of course.
