Why is this an US only auction?

I need some american made LED's direct from a factory, and I need samples from them (you ask for samples ~160 USD / set, then send it to me into middle europe, I might want multiple sets). I can avoid customs fees this way. Also I dont really want to part with these components, devices of mine, but if someone wants to help, while wanting any of these , let it be.
