Hi,
My d-260 looks totally different. What's that in front of te dome? Did you make that yourself? Great tweeters by the way, would recommend them to anyone! Maybe good idea for a center speaker. Jan |

Hi Jan,
The mesh on the front was the way this tweeter came ,must be to protect the dome. Just having one of these is annoying would love to have a pair im planning to build a pair of speakers might have to get a pair. Cheers Anthony |

Hey Anthony
I've drooled all over my keyboard! I'm currently designing a new center speaker (in a vintage radio enclosure!) and would love to use a great tweeter like the D260. How much do you want for it, and can you ship to me in SA? Cheers DJ |

Hi, Antony...
Sorry if my comment is wrong, but I think your driver is the mobile fidelity version of D260, Esotech one. I'd never seen a D260 esotech tweeter with that protection in front of it. I have a pair of them in my speakers and have the catalog from dynaudio that do not states for a mesh. But, at Dynaudio site, mobile fidelity shows the version very similar to yours and calls it MD130 ( visit here: http://www.dynaudiousa.com/products/car/drivers/130.htm ) They still on catalog and you can get another one if you want. Nice regards, Hisatugo |
