Thinking of selling my Chili Chang Fostex 167E speakers
Hello,
I have a pair of beautiful Chili Chang Speakers built exactly as found at The Frugal-Horns Site -- High Performance, Low Cost DIY Horn Designs. I built these with my dad (custom homebuilder) in his woodworking shop about 3 months ago and they really turned out amazing. They are 100% Baltic Birch and have modified 167E drivers (Planet10 phase plugs and dampened basket). They sound great but my wife really hates them sitting in the living room, definitely not her style (invisible). For the sake of marital bliss I think I am going to sell them, really depends on what I am offered in the end. I live in Oklahoma so I am fairly close to some large cities and would be wiling to meet part way to deliver them if someone wants them badly enough. I don't have pics at the moment but can get some soon. The sides, top, and back are painted satin antique white and the fronts are stained a light brown shade. These were built with the step fashion angles in the mouth of the openings, not the boring solid plank many build for the sake of simplicity. If anybody is interested please Email or PM me and we can discuss prices and shipping options. Pics to come soon.
