Very sorry ,I find your note here just ago,we use Fscq1565 RP in this board,of course according ot datasheet it can delivery out 250W reated power.but if you know how to calaculte the QFLB topic ,you will find it can delivery out 300W-400W at difference condition.it is very good chip in audio application,Fairchild provide good product but datasheet data can be extend in some way.

In our lastest version of g300 board, we revised the schmatic ,good power performace and avoid TAS series chip BUG(when oc or other protection occur ,the chip will latch and can not auto reset).

In our lastest DSP amp we use TAS5630 for 2.1 application,of course TAS series chip have other bug at this conditions,it can not power on self when connect the output with half VDD circuit,we use time relay circuit avoid this bug too.

As bigger Semi company,Ti Tas series chip have better class D sound, powerful and clearly, but same as Cytherea, Missing is a knid of beautify.

We have ODM some newer TAS amp for our customer now,if friends like we will paste some pics here later.

THKS!

The lastest version of G300 amp module upload,it is 10th version,it is hard work to make it sound more clear and more powerful and smart structure.but we believe " Detail is the key of the success !"it can delivery out 34V(of course large THD status)@4ohm loader, works well,we have revised main transformer and tas5630 controlling circuit, now looks sound good and works stablity.

Revised parts:

1. Inductor value,suit for 2/4/8ohm loader
2.Output LC circuit,we use WIMA lower ESR 250V capacitor
3.Increase the main dc powr supply to 50V,larger dynamic range out.
4.Add EMI shielding in main transformer,Ultral low background interference noise.
5.Place jumper on board,so it is very easy for mode select.
6.Increase input sensitivity to -10dB,sound louder.

We have assembled it in our new amp,pls find it on our store:
http://www.aliexpress.com/fm-store/6...DISCOUNT-.html

Power Supply:90-265vac 50 or 60Hz
Loader: 2ohm/4ohm/8ohm
Power out: 300W/4ohm or 150W/8ohm or 300W/2ohm 10%THD+N
Input sensitivity: -10dB/100kohm
Frequency Response: 20Hz-30KHz +/-1dB@10W

BTW,we have finish the 2.1amp interegrated SMPS+Tas5630+DSP,now in producing,in this board,we use MCU to avoid the protect Latch Bug and Half Bridge to Half dc not start Bug.
We will paste pic here later.

Upload pic here.
