Filter Choke 5H 400mA for Vacuum Tube/Valve Amplifier
Power Supply Filter Choke 5H 400mA, great for Vacuum Tube/Valve Amplifier.
Wound on high-quality toroid core with fixed air gap to prevent saturation. Unlike cheaper EI core inductors, toroid is smaller, lighter, and have much lower level of electromagnetic interference. Rated 5H at 400mA. Measured inductance at 1V 100 Hz is 14.5H (inductance is not constant, it changes upon voltage applied). R(dc) <= 45 Ohm, D = 9sm, weight 1.8 Kg Vertical mounting kit included (shown on picture). Item is brand new and unused. Price 36 GBP. I left several pcs for myself, and the rest are for sale (it was impossible to order just 1 or 2 pcs). Shipment by regular mail 14 GBP (1 - 2 weeks), by registered mail with tracking # - 31 GBP.
