try www.elfa.se, they have it. It doesn't say which grade, though.

There is no need to limit yourself to K117Y only. You can also use their equivalents:
2SK163 K(1)××, or 2SK222 D.
So, look around - maybe these will be easier to find .

2SK222D may be good also, but again it is not easy to find it.

How many do you need ?

I have some (2SK117Y) but I need them for a specific purpose, and it was a hell of a job to get them.
So you need to be very desperate to buy them off me.

GR (2.6-6.5mA Idss) you can get from ampslab :
2SK117; 2SK117GR 50V Toshiba Low Noise JFET - Buy Online @ AmpsLab

Why not give them a try first.

sorry for delay.
I would use as I/V stage for TDA1541A DAC. I need matched pair for 2mA, if possible.

For 2SK163, Consolidated Electronics Inc still lists it. I don't know for the rank but you can ask them. I recently purchased some hard to find Japanese FET and they were genuine (as far as I could tell). Their web site is

I have no problems getting 2SK163 locally, except that they are Rank L or M only, as in most other known places.
