12" adire audio mkII shiva based sub for sale-driver/amp alone or whole box assembled

For sale- Either a whole assembled 12" sub based off on Adire Audio 12" MKII Shiva and a 150W Parts Express amp, in a ~3cu ft 3/4" MDF sealed enclosure. Unfortunately I built this when I lived out in the burbs, and it is not suitable for living in Manhattan from either a size or loudness perspective (this thing is LOUD- you can really shake your house with this box). It is flat to about 17hz.

The whole thing weighs about 80lbs. So if you want the whole box, it would be a local pickup (I live in Jersey City, literally on the west bank of the Hudson River, right outside the Holland Tunnel). I am willing to break up the box and sell both the driver and the amp, or sell each separately.
