FS: Avo VCM 163 Valve Tester

I have for sale a VCM 163 - one of the Kings of valve testers. In fact this is the very one that tested most of the valves for Morgan Jones' book "Valve Amplifiers".

Both meters need servicing, but previous to that it clearly worked fine and was in constant service. I have every intention to send the meters to Hertford Meters for servicing.

However, if anyone would like to make an offer for the tester as it stands, I'd consider it. These sell for over £1,000 so I don't want to go much below that, but I'm interested in all offers.

I really don't want to post this, so would REALLY prefer pickup from London UK.
