I want to buy a fully assembled and functional

Pre. The better the power supply and parts used the better.

I am a complete newbie to diy. If you think I can build it (it seems out of my league) then I hope the community helps me.

probably 500 bucks to build if you price out parts, pcb etc.

I am just not sure I should throw $500 dollars at something I am not confident I can finish or even complete at my current skill level. Having taken circuits in physics 2 being my experience. I did read the cook book. It's pretty complex to me. If I could just throw money at it and be done that would be great.
