Hi,
I'm thinking to try a 6sn7 line preamp with a transformer on anode load. I think that something with 15K / 600 ohms will be good but need at least 10mA for DC current. Anyone have a pair of transformers to sell ? Any advice is welcome too, as there is just a few articles on this sort of preamp. Many thanks |

I'm about to build something like this myself
Magnequest seems to get good reviews...I assume you've read the JE Labs article on his version?

I've found your thread: Questions on JE Labs transformer coupled line stage but not the article.
Seems interesting as the transformer is not too expensive |
