This is a nice PCB and parts for a one-stage 6DJ8 or 6S45 gain stage for a DAC. The producer is DIYaudiocraft, which no longer exists. No schematic or docs. However, the design is fairly simple and you can probably figure it out. Options for resistor, choke or tube CCS load.

$30 includes shipping in US48. This is well below the parts cost. If you want, you can ditch the PCB and just use the parts to make your own project.
