I picked up a nice hoard of useful parts at an estate sale the other day. It included a cigar box full of old transistors. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about solid state and I imagine this is mostly junk but I thought I'd offer them here to see if some have a use.
They are all TO-204 and TO-3 cases, I think. Mostly Motorola. Here are the numbers (Motorola unless noted):
1n2810a in original package
1n2820a in original package
2N630 (2)
2n555
2234-1 (2)
2n5876 (2)
2n5878 (3)
2n1545
2n1547
2n3613
2N3313
2n2082 (2)
2n3767
mp1545 (2)
hep230
2234-1
5201-1
2SB367 Hitachi (2)
2SB368 Hitachi (2)
2SB80 Hitachi (2)
GP1499 5201-1 (TI) (3)
2n911B Bendix
5201.1 6520 ??
1n2816b ??
LT1003CK
Also a bunch of herky looking diodes. 1N299, IN3325A, 1n3785 and a few others.
A few look to be pulls but most look to be NOS. I think there is about zero chance these are counterfeit. They were in a lot of stuff I am knowledgeable about and it was all the real deal, dust and all.
