Have ROHM 2SD786 - want ROHM 2SB737
I have 2000 pcs of the ROHM 2SD786 and I would like to exchange up 1000 pcs of these for ROHM 2SB737 devices.
I had originally 2500 pcs of both, but I was at some point of time "stupid" enough to let Electrocompaniet borrow 2000 pcs of the 2SB737.. I expect it is the R hfe range as the last time I measured - the hfe was measuring 208 more or less exactly for all the devices I checked..
