Try B&D Enterprises - electronics, projection lamps for hitachi, sony, mitsubishi, panasonic, samsung

They guarantee originals as well.

Why are your after the low "O" hFE rank only? I guess its possible you have some O rank already and need more to complete a build or repair of an output stage but I'm curious.

Yeah! I tried BDEnt but they don't have O in stock. Thanks for the info though.

Yep! I am repairing some old amps and it got many O already.

It does not matter NEW or USED as long as Hfe is O rank.

I can buy any quantity up to 20 pcs each type. It's for matching and fixing an old amp.

Are you still looking for these transistor?
I have 4- SK A1492 but doesn't know where is the date code (2 with 770, 2 with 70Y)
also 2- SK C3856 (1 with 7N0, 1 with 7NY)
How about Toshiba A1516-O and C3907-O??? I have a lot of these.
