One more thing: are you sure that the Idss grade of 2SK147 is GR1, not GR? I've never heard of grade GR1.

GR1: those additional digits are the subgrade for smaller spread (per customer requests).
Just preselect your GRs for the lowest Idss (5-7 mA).

Hi James,

This should be the dual jfets and single jfets that you're looking for.

1x2sj73GR and 1x2sk146GR for breaking into 2 single jfets of each j & k, Idss at about 6mA

2x2sk146BL at about 12mA Idss

4x2sj72BL for making your own 2x2sj73BL, at about the same Idss

That's the best I can do for your repair.
