Hi Harry,

I sent you mail regarding the fets I have available. I have 12 of each of the BUZ901 + BUZ906 s these are rated @ 200V opposed to the 160V BUZ900 + BUZ905. They are TO3 and new. I'm looking for £8.50 each.

I have 4PC BUZ906DP with out the complementary pairs ..
I would like to get 4PC BUZ901DP or I'm willing to trade 2 BUZ906 for BUZ901 ..
Please let m know if you have any extra BUZ901 or if you need BUZ906..
These laterals are brand new , and with out the complementary parts they just useless to me .
