BUZ900, BUZ905 Mosfets

hi does anyone have any old BUZ900 and BUZ905 mosfets laying around they must be working ofcourse but im happy for them to be used

No, but i'd like to find the spice model of the 900 or 901.

Hi Harry,

I sent you mail regarding the fets I have available. I have 12 of each of the BUZ901 + BUZ906 s these are rated @ 200V opposed to the 160V BUZ900 + BUZ905. They are TO3 and new. I'm looking for £8.50 each.

These laterals are brand new , and with out the complementary parts they just useless to me .
These are the plastic case type ..
