:D you cant ship lithium based batteries by air on any flight that also carries passengers anymore due to some impromptu errmm explosions :eek: so they can be shipped by fedex or DHL etc, but nothing that comes at any reasonable cost. for instance digikey has very few lion batteries listed these days and those it has when you go to add to the cart it wont allow you to. these regulations started about 6 months ago and really screwed with my business of modding ipods. I would think that things are generally scanned these days, so not sure how well your dastardly scheme would work :)
